Sigachi Industries - which specialises in pharma, nutra, food and cosmetics products - on Friday reported a 64.05 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit on a year-on-year (YoY) basis at Rs 16.11 crore in the Q3FY24, compared to a net profit of Rs 9.82 crore in the year-ago period.

The company's consolidated revenue from operations grew 61.47 per cent YoY to Rs 110.95 crore in the quarter ended on December 31, 2023, against a revenue from operations at Rs 68.85 crore in the corresponding period a year ago. 

Its revenue from operations has surged to 11.09 crore in Q3FY24 from Rs 68.84 in the same quarter a year ago. 

Incorporated in 1989, Sigachi is India's first and leading manufacturer of Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC) powder manufacturers in India.

Net Sales at Rs 76.83 crore in December 2023 up 17.62 from Rs 65.32 crore in December 2022.

Quarterly Net Profit at Rs 10.77 crore in December 2023 up 15.52 per cent from Rs 9.32 crore in December 2022.
