Shanti Educational Initiatives Ltd (SEIL) has announced its earning reports for the first quarter of financial year 2024-25. The company has reported a total income of Rs 8.60 crore- a 13.30 per cent increase compared to Rs 7.59 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

On a quarter-on-quarter basis, SEIL experienced an over 200 per cent rise in total income from Rs 2.86 crore in Q4FY24. 

Similarly, the net profit for the quarter ending June 30 stood at Rs 2.76 crore, an increase of 18.50 per cent from the corresponding period in the previous fiscal year.

Earlier in February 2024, the Board of Directors of SEIL approved the sale of its entire stake in its subsidiary, Shanti Learning Foundation, to unrelated parties.  

A venture of the Chiripal Group, the company is based in Ahmedabad city and offers a wide range of educational services. It operates several K-12 schools under the Shanti Asiatic Schools brand, currently educating over 25,000 students across multiple cities in India. 
The company also runs a network of preschools under the Shanti Juniors banner, with over 300 locations in 74+ cities.
