SBI mega auction of properties: 1000 on offer, here is how to grab your dream house, more

Now you can bid for almost 1000 commercial and residential properties, as the largest lender State Bank of India (SBI) has once again launched its mega e-auction giving opportunities to citizen to purchase their dream house. Through it’s Twitter account,  SBI reminded citizens about the auction by saying, “The SBI Mega E-Auction is here! Register and on 29th May, 2018, bid for a chance to own any of the 1000 properties being auctioned. For more information, visit https://bank.sbi/portal/web/home/mega-e-auction.”

SBI mega auction will be open for citizens on May 29, and it needs to be noted that a proper KYC documents must be submitted for this process. 

Here’s the list of requirement needed for this mega e-auction. 

EMD for the particular property as mentioned in the e-Auction notice.

KYC Documents - to be submitted to the concerned Branch.

Valid Digital Signature -Bidders may approach e-auctioneers or any other authorised agency to obtain digital signature.

Login Id and Password– Will be sent to the email id of the bidders by e-auctioneers after the deposit of EMD and submission of KYC documents to the concerned branch

Bidders to login and bid during the auction hours on the date of e-Auction as per auction rules.
