Ruchi Soya changes its name to Patanjali Foods Limited
The company has changed the name from RUCHI SOYA INDUSTRIES LIMITED to PATANJALI FOODS LIMITED with effect from June 24, 2022.
In a letter to the Security and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Ruchi Soya Industries Limited has changed its name to Patanjali Foods Limited, the company informed in its filing to the exchanges.

"Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we may inform you that we have received an email dated June 27, 2022 from Ministry of Corporate Affairs mentioning that a fresh “Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name” dated June 24, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai," said company in the letter.
With the release, the company has changed the name from “RUCHI SOYA INDUSTRIES LIMITED” to “PATANJALI FOODS LIMITED with effect from June 24, 2022.
Meanwhile, the share price of Ruchi Soya Industries Limited was at 1090.30 today on 28 June.
