Remedium Lifecare incorporates wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore

Pharmaceutical company Remedium Lifecare has informed exchanges that has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore.
"The Company has incorporated a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in Singapore by the name of REMLIFE GLOBAL PTE. LTD. on September 24, 2024, for which the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, has issued a Certificate of Incorporation bearing Corporate Entity Number 202439223M," the company said in a release.
Earlier, the company said that the company would consider the acquisition of Airowater Global Trading LLC, UAE. The UAE-based company is in the business of Water Injectables for Pharma Production.
Last month, the company's board approved an increase in authorised share capital from Rs 42 crore to Rs 60 crore divided into 60,00,00,000 equity shares of Re 1 each.
"The Authorized Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 60,00,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Crores Only) divided into 60,00,00,000 (Sixty Crores only) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee One only) each," the company said in an exchange filing.
Earlier, the company said that it would take up a proposal for the acquisition of an unlisted company in the speciality chemicals sector with a global footprint. The company said that its board will meet in the first week of August.
