Q1 Results: Integra Essentia's net profit rises by 107.63%

FMCG firm Integra Essentia has announced its first-quarter earnings for the financial year FY24-25 (Q1FY25). According to an exchange filing, the company's sales increased by 56.47 per cent to Rs 86.06 crore for the quarter ended June 2024. The company's net profit surged 107.63 per cent to Rs 2.45 crore, up from Rs 1.18 crore in the same quarter last year.
Earlier, the net profit of the company in the fourth quarter of 2024 zoomed by 250 per cent YoY to Rs 5.91 crore.
According to the exchange filing, the company's total income has increased 40 per cent YoY to Rs 100.6 crore. It was 68.1 crore in the corresponding period a year ago.
In terms of sales, the figure stood at Rs 277.27 crore in the fourth quarter as against 241.41 crore a year ago.
Earlier, the company reported a total income of over Rs 62 crore during the third quarter of the current fiscal. The company had in the second quarter reported a total income of Rs 59.4 crore.
Meanwhile, Integra Essentia Limited, a company that is engaged in the business of life essentials, has acquired a substantial stake in Brewtus Beverages Pvt Ltd (BBPL). The company said that it has plans to invest and provide up to Rs 100 million towards growing the business in BBPL.
Integra Essentia - which is engaged in the business of Life Essentials i.e. food, clothing, infrastructure and energy - is also eyeing various options to enhance its footprint in the relevant business segment along with the life essentials via acquisitions, mergers and other options.
