Pharmaceuticals company Sigachi Industries has announced its earnings for the fourth quarter ended March 2024. According to information shared with the exchanges, the company reported net sales at Rs 104.13 crore in March 2024 up 43.78 per cent from Rs 72.42 crore in March 2023.

According to an exchange filing, the consolidated profit of the company in the fourth quarter was Rs 15.17 crore. This is up by around 107 per cent year-over-year. 

The net profit of the company for the full FY24 was Rs 57.2 crore, up from Rs 43.5 crore reported in the same quarter a year ago.

Earlier, Sigachi Industries announced the incorporation of a joint venture (JV) with iMass Investments as it looks to expand its global footprint.

The joint venture between Sigachi MENA FZCO, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sigachi Industries Limited and iConsult Trading Consultancy LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of iMass Investments will help the company to enter the food and pharma market of the UAE.
