Business Process Management (BPM) services provider One Point One Solutions Limited has announced it fourth quarter results for financial year 2024. According to an exchange filing, the company's net profit for this period stood at Rs 6.06 crore in Q4FY2024. This is a significant increase from Rs 2.95 crore reported in the same period of the previous financial year.

This translates to a over 100 per cent year-on-year growth in the company's net profit. The sales of the the company in the same quarter grew by more than 45 per cent YoY to Rs 52.3 crore. It was Rs 35.6 crore in the same quarter last year.

Earlier, ITCube Solutions Pvt. Ltd. - a One Point One Solutions Limited subsidiary - entered into a deal that will allow the company to use its AI-powered platform for automated detection, enforcement, and removal of infringing content across digital platforms.

One Point One Solutions Limited completed the first tranche of acquisition in ITCube. The company acquired a 76 per cent stake in ITCube. With this, ITCube became a subsidiary of the company.
