The company had made a profit of Rs 77.7 crore in the same period a year ago.

BLS International Services said in a regulatory filing that the company's consolidated revenue remained flat at Rs 447.7 crore for the quarter ended FY2014, compared to Rs 448.6 crore in the same period a year ago.

The decline in revenue growth was due to lower volumes in some key segments due to the Ramadan festival from March 10, 2024 to April 9, 2024.

The board has recommended a final dividend at the rate of 50 per cent (or 0.5 paise) on each equity share of face value Rs 1.

With an interim dividend of Rs 0.50 per share already paid, the total dividend for FY2014 was Rs 1 per share.
