PNB Housing Finance raises Rs 894.1 crore via anchor investors
Some of the leading anchor investors in the IPO are: General Atlantic Singapore Fund FII Pte Ltd (5.22%), SBI Life Insurance Company (2.60%), Chennai 2007, HDFC Small and Midcap Fund and HDFC Trustee Company with 1.87%, 0.45% and 4.02%, respectively.
PNB Housing Finance's initial public offer (IPO) subscription opened on Tuesday. The company said that it has already sold 11,537,902 shares to anchor investors for Rs 894.18 crore.
The company said that the shares have sold at Anchor Investor allocation price of Rs 775 per share.

The company said that the anchor book as been fully subscribed.
As on 10.20 am on Tuesday, the company saw 45,543 bids for 1,39,12,500 shares.
