PMLA Court says Vijay Mallya is a proclaimed offender

Enforcement Directorate (ED) has requested the Court to term Mallya as an absconder. ED told the Court that Mallya isn't in India. He did not show up even after he was issued a non-bailable warrant.
ED asked the Court to apply section 82 on Mallya and give him a 30-day deadline to appear before the Court.
ED told the Court that the process to get a red corner notice issued against him by Interpol are also underway.
The Court, in April, had issued a non-bailable warrant against Mallya in connection with money laundering charges.
