Persistent interim dividend 2023: Mid-tier IT company Persistent Systems announced Rs 28 per share as an interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23, along with its October-December quarter earnings of the current fiscal.

According to the exchange filing of Persistent, “The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, approved the Interim Dividend of Rs 28 per share, which will be paid to the members by Monday, February 6, 2023.”

Persistent Dividend 2023: Record Date

The company has fixed Friday, January 27, 2023, as the 'Record Date' for the dividend pay-out, it said in a separate filing on Wednesday.
