Pallavi Shroff to join Paytm Board

Paytm, a digital payments firm, today announced that Pallavi S Shroff, the founder and Managing Partner of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas law firm, would join its Board of Directors.
Pallavi is an entrepreneur in the field of law with over 34 years of experience in representing public and private corporations and other entities before legal institutions, Paytm said in a statement.
She has extensive knowledge in matters of dispute resolution and arbitration and competition law and has earned national and international acclaim, it said.
Shroff is presently a director on the boards of many Indian companies, including Maruti Suzuki India, Apollo Tyres, Trident Group, and Juniper Hotels.
