OPOSL plans global expansion, to acquire 100% stake in BPO company
This strategic move is expected to bolster OPOSL's Contact Center capabilities, expand its global footprint, and create synergies within the IT industry by combining the expertise of both companies.
One Point One Solutions (OPOSL) has informed exchanges that it intends to acquire a Latin American Contact Center Services provider. According to the company, it has signed a non-binding Term Sheet to purchase 100 per cent of the target company's shares.
This strategic move is expected to bolster OPOSL's Contact Center capabilities, expand its global footprint, and create synergies within the IT industry by combining the expertise of both companies.
OPOSL is currently in the initial stages of the acquisition process and will provide further updates as developments occur.
Earlier, the company incorporated its wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary – One Point One Singapore Pte. Ltd – for the business development of the patent company's products and services in overseas markets.
“ONE POINT ONE SINGAPOREPTE. LTD. is incorporated as wholly owned subsidiary of ONE POINT ONE SOLUTIONS LTD. for Business development of parent company's products and services in foreign market," said the company.
Post this incorporation, One Point One Solutions will have 100 per cent of the paid-up share capital of One Point One Singapore PTE. LTD.
