NTPC recruitment 2018: Some vacancies to be filled via UPSC Civil Services examination; check ntpc.co.in

NTPC recruitment 2018:  National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited through a notification, advertisement number 01/18, has said that it will be recruiting Executive Trainees (Human Resources). The notification says that the recruitment will be done through the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination 2018. Those who have registered for the UPSC Civil services exam can apply for the Executive Trainee HR positions with NTPC.

The notification says NTPC will use the database of those candidates who have appeared in the personality test/interview for the civil services exams 2018 but fail to get the recommendation for being appointed to the services. The process for online registration for the recruitment will begin after the completion of civil services (main) exam.

UPSC will conduct Civil Services Preliminary exam on June 3, 2018. The main exam is expected to be held on September 28, 2018.

Registration process starts: March 2019, once the UPSC Civil Services 2018 examination process is concluded. 

Candidates can apply for the NTCP Executive HR Trainee positions through the NTPC Career official website (www.ntpccareers.net).

NTPC selection process for Executive Trainees (HR)

Interested candidates can apply for the NTPC post after the final allotment of services is made and the final scores are released. 

To apply, the candidates will have to visit ntpccareers.net, the NTPC recruitment portal. 

At present, NTPC is also in the process of recruiting for various other positions, such as NR-HQ Lucknow, ER1-HQ Patna, WR-I HQ Mumbai, SRHQ Hyderabad and WR-II HQ, Raipur, the details of which can be found on the official NTPC career website.
