Nomura Singapore Limited ODI and Resonance Opportunities Fund Mauritius invest in Veeram Securities

Veeram Securities Ltd has informed BSE that Nomura Singapore Limited ODI has made an investment of 1,50,000 shares in the company. Further, Resonance Opportunities Fund Mauritius have also made an investment of 1,03,000 shares in the company, as per details given by Veeram Securities Ltd.

The company is also pursuing in the object of Conversion of existing company into NBFC, the statement added.

Also, the intimation has been given to BSE to take the necessary steps for getting the eligibility for Bank License thereafter.

Recently the company had also intimated that it is  considering a rights issue of equity shares.

The company says it plans to enter realty segment and would undertake residential and corporate real estate projects.
