No surge pricing on taxi fares for Ola Select members

Taxi-hailing app Ola recently announced the launch of 'Ola Select', a membership service of the company. One of the key membership benefits includes no surge pricing.

The service allows customers to take membership for 1 month, 2 months and 3 months.

The cost for 1 month of Ola Select is Rs 549, for 2 months is Rs 1,049 and 3 months is Rs 1,449.

Some of the membership benefits listed by the company include no peak pricing, free access to airport lounge, priority customer support, free wi-fi access in all cab rides, free upgrades, no cancellation charges, offers and discounts from brand partners, access to concerts, matches and other events and top drivers.
