Malabar Gold & Diamonds to open showrooms in India, abroad
The company will set its footprints in the US, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Brunei this year itself. The showrooms are designed to give the customers an all new shopping experience, the jeweller said in a statement.
Malabar Gold & Diamonds is planning to open new showrooms in various states across the country and in foreign countries.
In India, the company will open showrooms in north Indian states including five in Delhi/NCR and three in Punjab.
The company will set its footprints in the US, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Brunei this year itself. The showrooms are designed to give the customers an all new shopping experience, the jeweller said in a statement.
Malabar Gold & Diamonds is in the process of recruiting around thousand new employees.
To expand its global footprint, the jeweller is planning to open 50 showrooms under different formats in different countries this year, said company chairman MP Ahammed.
“Our core business values such as adherence to transparency, honesty, quality along with our value added services, product designs that suited to every class of customers’ taste cutting across age group are the key factors that give us global acceptance”, he said adding “In 2018, we will be opening more showrooms as well as manufacturing units. This will fuel our vision to become the top jewellery retailer in the world”.
Currently, it has total 212 showrooms globally and in India, Malabar Gold has showrooms in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, Delhi, Haryana, Gujarat and West Bengal.
