Mahindra Electric Mobility said on Wednesday that its Last Mile Mobility (LMM) and EV Technology Centre (EVTEC) divisions have moved to new premises at a technology hub in Bengaluru.

It was also announced that Mahindra Group's electric vehicle arm will retain its office in Mumbai's Kandivali suburb, while the Innovation Centre and Bomassandra plant staff will remain in Bengaluru.

Providing seating capacity for more than 500 people, the new office aligns with Mahindra Electric Mobility Ltd (MEML)'s expansion strategy and creates an exciting workspace for the company's employees.

The new office will be able to house the entire workforce of EVTEC and certain functions of LMM, the company said, adding, from April 1, employees have started the work-from-office format, following necessary COVID-19 protocols, the company said.
