Macrotech Developers Results: Multi-fold increase in consolidated net profit
Macrotech Developers Ltd on Tuesday reported a multi-fold increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,202.37 crore for the fiscal year 2021-22, owing to increasing revenue.

According to a regulatory filing, the company's net profit in 2020-21 was Rs 40.16 crore.
Total revenue increased to Rs 9,579.17 crore in the fiscal year 2021-22, up from Rs 5,771.65 crore the previous year.
The company's net profit increased to Rs 535.46 crore in the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year, up from Rs 310.56 crore the year before.
In the January-March quarter, total income increased to Rs 3,516.41 crore, up from Rs 2,611.17 crore in Q4 FY21.
Macrotech Developers, situated in Mumbai, is one of the country's most prominent real estate firms. It sells real estate under the Lodha brand.
