Stockbroking firm LKP Securities has declared a dividend payout of 7.5 per cent on each equity share.
"Recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.15 (i.e. 7.5%) per equity share of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024," according to a company statement.
The dividend is, however, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The company has convened its 30th Annual General Meeting on Friday, June 07, 2024.
Meanwhile, the company reported it financial results for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024. According to the exchange filing, the company's net sales surged around 88 per cent to Rs 32.78 crore from Rs 17.38 crore in the fourth quarter of financial year 2023. Also, the company's net profit experienced a surge of around 154 per cent to Rs 9.50 crore compared to FY23.
The total revenue from operations grew by nearly 100 per cent YoY to Rs 32.4 crore crore in the quarter.
