Linde India challenges SEBIs interim order in Securities Appellate Tribunal
The case pertains to deals and agreements between PIPL of Linde India and Linde South Asia Services.
Linde India has challenged SEBI's interim order in Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT).
Application was filed on April 14, the matter will be heard in SAT on Thursday (May 16, 2024).
SEBI had ordered NSE to conduct valuation of related party deals of Linde India.
SEBI had said in the interim order that related party deals were done without share approval.
