Last chance to shop on Amazon, Flipkart Diwali sales; here are the top deals
With its second round of sales coming to an end e-commerce websites – Flipkart and Amazon have doled out multiple deals to encourage consumer spending on their sites.

- Amazon has offers on gift vouchers for gold purchase on its website.
It is the last day of the Diwali sale that will end tonight at midnight on Flipkart and Amazon after a five day sale that began earlier this week.
Amazon began its Great Indian Festival a day prior to Flipkart’s Festive Dhamaka Days on October 4.
The deals on the website range from cashback offers to discounts on smartphones and electronics.
Smartphones under Rs 10,000
Both sites have been betting on their sale of the iPhone 8 which Amazon and Flipkart were trying to sell for under Rs 60,000. In addition, the sites have put up their own lists of smartphones offered under Rs 10,000.
Flipkart is offering Rs 6,000 off on select mobile phones like the Asus Zenfone 3s Max which is going for Rs 8,999. Moto C Plus, Samsung Galaxy J7, Moto E4 Plus, Lenovo K6 Power and K8 Plus are all priced under Rs 10,000 on Flipkart.
Flipkart is also trying to sell the Mi Max 2 for Rs 999 in its ‘Buy with Exchange’ offer with up to Rs 14,000 off.
Amazon on the other hand was offering up to 40% off on sale of smartphones. Up to 40% off on mobile phones - Top offers from, Apple, Samsung, Oneplus, Xiaomi, Moto, LG, SONY, Panasonic, Bose, JBL, HP, Dell, Canon and many others,” the company said.
It is now offering Rs 6,700 off on all Samsung mobile phones. The Redmi 4 32GB is going for Rs 8,499 on Amazon. Honor 8 Smart, Micromax Canvas Infinity, Samsung Galaxy J3, InFocus Turbo 5 Plus are all priced under Rs 10,000.
Fashion
For fashion and apparel Amazon is offering 40% to 80% off on fashion brands. “Minimum 50% off on Levis, Jack & Jones, W, Adidas, Bata, Lavie, Caprese. Minimum 40% off on Invicta. Minimum 50% off on top luggage brands Skybags, American Tourister, Safari, Delsey, Tommy Hilfiger,” the company said.
“Amazon exclusives such as GAP at Flat 50% off and Under Armour at Flat 40% off,” it added.
Flipkart on the other hand is offering minimum 40-50% off on fashion brands. It is also offering up to 80% off on women’s accessories and shoes.
Other Deals
Along with deals on fashion and kitchen appliances the sites have introduced a number of consumer payment options like No Cost EMI and cashback offers.
Flipkart is offering 10% cashback on payment with Axis bank credit and debit cards. While Amazon is also offering 10% back on payment with Citi bank cards.
In addition Amazon has also announced 15% cashback on making payments with Amazon Pay. The site has also put out ‘Offers on Gold’ where it is offerin 7% off on gold gift vouchers.
