Shriram Finance stock split, Q2 results, interim dividend: The company said the stock split is 5:1, i.e., 5 fully paid equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each for every 1 fully paid equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each held by members of the company.
Shriram Finance Stock Split, Q2 July-September Quarter Results, Interim Dividend: Largecap non-banking finance company (NBFC) Shriram Finance today (Friday, October 25, 2024) announced stock split 5:1 in its Board meeting, where it also announced its second-quarter (Q2, July-September quarter) results.
The company said that the stock split is 5:1, "i.e. 5 (five) fully paid equity shares of face value of Rs 2 (Rupees Two Only) each for every 1 (One) fully paid equity share of face value of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each held by members of the company".

Shriram Finance also declared an interim dividend of 220 per cent, i.e., Rs.22/- per equity share of face value Rs 10/- each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2024-25.
Shriram Finance Interim dividend record date
The company says the interim dividend will be paid to those members whose name appears in the Register of Members of the company as on Thursday, November 7, 2024, being the record date.
The interim dividend payout will be made to the eligible shareholders on or before Sunday, November 24, 2024, says the company.
