Q2 Results: JTL Industries' net sales at Rs 479 crore
The company reported a PAT of Rs 264 million for Q2 FY25, with a PAT margin of 5.4 per cent. Its year-to-date PAT increased by 7.1 per cent to Rs 571 million.
Steel pipes maker JTL Industries Ltd has announced its financial results for the July-September quarter of the financial year 2024-25.
According to an exchange filing, the company's net sales stood at Rs 479.55 crore in the quarter under review. This is down by 4.49 per cent from Rs 502.10 crore in September 2023.
The quarterly net profit of the company was at Rs 26.36 crore, down by 5.57 per cent from Rs 27.92 crore in September 2023.
The EBITDA stands at Rs 37.67 crore in September 2024 down 6.85 per cent from Rs 40.44 crore in September 2023.

Meanwhile, the company has announced increasing its annual manufacturing capacity to 2 lakh tonnes as part of its around Rs 350-crore expansion plan.
With this addition, its cumulative pipe manufacturing capacity has reached a level of 6.86 lakh tonne per annum, the company said in an exchange filing.
In a filing on Wednesday, JTL Industries said, "It announces successful expansion of its Raipur facility's capacity from 1,00,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) (1 lakh tonne) to 200,000 MTPA".
The company is aiming to complete its expansion plan of 4 lakh tonnes by the financial year 2026-27, taking its overall capacity to 10 lakh tonnes per annum, a company official had told PTI earlier.
JTL Industries is a leading producer of electric resistance welded steel pipes in India. Besides Raipur, it owns manufacturing facilities in Malegaon in Maharashtra, and Mandi and Derahbasi in Punjab.
