Page Industries dividend: The board of Jockey innerwear maker Page Industries on Thursday, August 8 announced its first interim dividend of Rs 300 per share for the financial year 2024-25.
"We further inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today (i.e., 8 August 2024) has declared 1st Interim Dividend 2024-25 of Rs.300/- per equity share," the company said in a stock market filing.
Simultaneously, the company announced its financial results for the first quarter of FY25 which ended on June 30, 2024.

The company has fixed the record date of the dividend is August 17, 2024.

The company will make the payment on or before September 6, 2024.

Page Industries - which owns the Jockey innerwear and Speedo swimwear brands - reported a net profit of Rs 165.2 crore for the quarter ended June 30, marking an increase of 4.3 per cent over the corresponding period a year ago.
