Jet Airways selects IBS Software to handle ticket bookings, departure control
In a statement, the airline said that IBS software will provide systems to departure control, ticket bookings, and revenue management.
Jet Airways on Friday announced it has chosen IBS Software to provide systems that will handle ticket bookings, revenue management and departure control.
The airline, which was granted revalidated air operator certificate (AOC) by aviation regulator DGCA on May 20, is set to relaunch commercial flights in the next month, its statement noted.
"As technology partner, IBS Software will deliver cutting-edge capabilities in passenger service systems (PSS) encompassing bookings, inventory and revenue management, departure control system, loyalty management, as well as a latest generation website and mobile app, designed to optimize the entire passenger and retail experience," it mentioned.
Sanjiv Kapoor, Chief Executive Officer, Jet Airways said IBS Software is an ideal partner that will help the airline deliver on its promise to bring back an even better Jet Airways to those eagerly awaiting its relaunch.
