Jabong targets 5 million shoppers with Myntra’s End of Reason sale
After its partnership with Myntra, Jabong on Friday said it will be targeting five times sales growth with over five million shoppers on its site.
“In our first ever association with Myntra’s End of Reason Sale, we are hoping to spread cheer among more than 5 million shoppers on Jabong. All this, while continuing to deliver great customer experience that our shoppers love us for,” Rahul Taneja, Chief Business Officer, Jabong said.
Myntra announced an ‘End of Reason’ sale starting from midnight of January 3 till January 5.
The company said more than 300,000 styles from a wide collection of more than 2,500 national and international brands will be available at up to 80% discount during this sale.
Among the international brands will feature Dorothy Perkins, Steve Madden, GAS, Aldo, Hummel, Mexx, Tom Tailor, Nike, Benetton, New Balance, ASICS and Mizuno.
The company said the sale will also include leading Indian brands like Biba, W, among others.
“Many brands and products will be featured on sale for the first time ever. Private label brands from the stable of Jabong & Myntra such as Sangria and Roadster will be a key part of this sale,” the company added.
In July this year, Flipkart's Myntra acquired Jabong from Global Fashion group in a $70 million discount deal.
“Jabong is excited and geared up to be a part of Myntra’s iconic End of Reason Sale (EORS). EORS has now become an annual high point for online fashion shoppers, and this is the first time we will be hosting this event on Jabong. We have geared up for this sale across all fronts – working with partner brands on a wide selection of products, investing in technology and logistics to provide a great customer experience and a large campaign to create customer excitement around the event,” Taneja added.
