ITC Q4 Results: FMCG reports mixed fourth-quarter results; PAT, EBIDTA slip; announces final dividend
FMCG giant ITC Ltd reported operationally mixed fourth-quarter results on Thursday (May 23, 2024), as its standalone margin, EBIDTA and profit after tax (PAT) slipped Year-on-Year (YoY) in the quarter under review. There was a slight jump in its revenue from operations YoY.
ITC Q4 Results: FMCG giant ITC Ltd reported operationally mixed fourth-quarter results on Thursday (May 23, 2024), as its standalone margin, EBIDTA and profit after tax (PAT) slipped Year-on-Year (YoY) in the quarter under review. There was a slight jump in its revenue from operations YoY.
ITC's standalone revenue from operations went up by 1.1 per cent to Rs 16,579.3 crore in the quarter under review from Rs 16,398.0 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.
Its PAT was also down by 1.30 per cent to Rs 5,020.20 crore from Rs 5,086.90 crore YoY.
EBIDTA slipped by 0.8 per cent to Rs 6,162.60 crore in the fourth-quarter from Rs 6,209.40 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company's margin was down to 37.20 per cent in the quarter under review from 37.90 per cent YoY.
ITC Final Dividend
ITC also recommended a final dividend of Rs 7.50 per ordinary share of Rs 1/each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024.
The final dividend, if declared, will be paid between Monday, July 29, 2024, and Wednesday, July 31, 2024, to those members entitled thereto, ITC said in a statement on Thursday.
Together with the interim dividend of Rs 6.25 per ordinary share declared by the Board on January 29, 2024, the total dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 would be Rs 13. 75 per ordinary share of Rs 1/each, said ITC.

The stock of the company closed the trading session on Thursday up by 0.33 per cent, or Rs 1.45, at Rs 441.20 on Thursday.
