ITC Q4 Results 2022: ITC Limited posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 4259.68 cr for the quarter ended 31 March 2022 which was up 11.6 per cent Year-on-Year (YoY) as against Rs 3816.84 cr reported during the corresponding quarter in the year ago period
ITC Q4 Results 2022: ITC Limited posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 4259.68 cr for the quarter ended 31 March 2022 which was up 11.6 per cent Year-on-Year (YoY) as against Rs 3816.84 cr reported during the corresponding quarter in the year ago period. For the financial year 2021-22 (April-March), the Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 15485.65 cr versus Rs Rs 13389.80 cr in FY21.
The revenue from operations for Q4 of FY2022 stood at Rs 17754.02 cr versus Rs 15404.37 cr, which were up nearly 15 per cent YoY.
The ITC board also recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 6.25 per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 March.The decision on this will be taken by the company in its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on 20 July. The Final Dividend will be paid between 22 July and 26 July according to company's filing to the exchanges. The above Final Dividend is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs 5.25 per share declared by the Board on 3 February, 2022.

The net cash flow from the operating activities stood at Rs 15775.51 cr which were up from Rs 12526.97 cr.
Shares of ITC today ended at Rs 266.50 on the NSE and were up 0.7 per cent from the Tuesday closing price.
