IFL Enterprises plans expansion through its subsidiary

IFL Enterprises Limited has announced its strategic expansion into new business ventures. In an exchange filing, the company said it is entering into the international trading of agro commodities, gemstones, and precious metals.
"The company is broadening its horizons by entering into the international trading of agro commodities, gemstones, and precious metals through its subsidiary based in Dubai. This diversification is aimed at leveraging global market opportunities and enhancing the company’s revenue streams," the company said.
The international trading business is expected to significantly contribute to the company’s financial performance and provide a robust platform for future growth.
For the period ended March 31, 2023, IFL Enterprises reported consolidated assets of Rs 28.50 crores and a net profit of Rs 0.52 crores.
For the period ended December 31, 2024, the company’s consolidated assets rose to Rs 29.06 crores, with an increase in net profit to Rs. 1.52 crores.
