ICICI Lombard Q4 dividend: ICICI Lombard General Insurance on Wednesday announced its final dividend of Rs 6 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each, the company said in a stock market disclosure.
The board of ICICI Lombard at its meeting held today, April 17, recommended a final dividend of Rs 6 per equity share i.e. at the rate of 60 per cent of the face value of Rs 101 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of the members of the company, according to a BSE filing.
