HMPLs board gives in-principal approval for merger with Square Port Shipyard Private Limited
Earlier, the company emerged as the lowest bidder for a project worth Rs 273.74 crore from Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC).
Hazoor Multi Projects Limited has informed exchanges that its board has given in-principal approval for a merger with Square Port Shipyard Private Limited.
"...Considered and approved “In-principal approval” for merger of ‘Square Port Shipyard Private Limited’ with the Company i.e. Hazoor Multi Projects Limited with a view to combine the strengths and synergies of both businesses," the company said in an excahnge filing.
Earlier, the company received an order worth Rs 30 crore. According to an exchange filing, the order has been received from B.G. Shirke Construction Technology Pvt.
“We are pleased to inform you that a work order has been awarded to M/s Hazoor Multi Projects Limited, received from B.G. Shirke Const. Tech. Pvt. Ltd. for Excavation of various sites located at Pahadi Goregaon-1473, Shirdhon-III, Khoni-1374, Nawde-1449, CPWD-1447, Taloja-1415/16, Thane-1453, and Kanamwarnagar-1180,” the company said.

As per the details shared by the company, the project is related to the widening and improvement of Paldhi Amalner Dondaicha Nandurbar Dhanora to Gujarat State Border Road SH-6 KM 121/200 To 169/500 Tal.Dist. Nandurbar on engineering procurement and construction (EPC) mode.
