Hindustan Zinc Q4 dividend: Vedanta subsidiary announces Rs 10 dividend alongwith Q4 earnings

The board of directors of Hindustan Zinc on Tuesday, May 7, approved a final dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for FY24 with a face value of Rs 2 each, according to a stock market disclosure.

The company has also shared its fourth-quarter earnings for the financial year 2024.

In a BSE filing, Hindustan Zinc said, "The Board of Directors of the Company through a resolution passed by circulation on Tuesday, May 07, 2024, consented by the majority of directors at 11:00 am, approved the Interim Dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share i.e. 500% on the face value of Rs.2/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25 amounting to Rs. 4,225.32 crore."

The company also announced the record date of the dividend i.e. May 15, 2024.

Meanwhile, shares of Hindustan Zinc fell 4.6 per cent on BSE today, May 7 at 12.46 PM.
