HDFC Securities app is not working for many users, according to a Zee Business channel report at 9:40 AM. HDFC Securities app users took to Twitter to complain about the outage. Users alleged that are facing issues with respect to rates and also log in.
HDFC Securities in a Tweet acknowledged the issue and urged users to clear cache from the device and try to re-login. It asked them to DM with the screenshot if the problem persists.
"Dear Customer, We are here to help you. If your mobile application is running slow, you can app clear cache and try to re-login. If the issue still persists, we request you to kindly DM us the screenshot of the error along with your trading details," the financial services intermediary and a subsidiary of HDFC Bank tweeted.

Shares of HDFC Bank traded at Rs 1,595 apiece on NSE around 10:40 AM, down by more than 2.18 per cent.
Meanwhile, Rs 2.67 lakh crore was eroded from the market as the domestic equity market witnessed a sell-off amid weak global trends. According to the BSE website, market capitalisation of listed companies tumbled more than Rs 2,67,539.54 crore to Rs 2,61,63,222.07 crore.
