India’s biggest private lender HDFC Bank today announced a strategic partnership with Adobe to render personalised digital services to its existing and new customers, the bank said in a media release. Adobe’s cloud-based solutions will enable the customers to access bank’s services “anytime and anywhere”, the release said.

The HDFC Bank release further said that the customers would be able to use different devices to carry end-to-end transactions. The cloud-based solutions supported by Adobe will also help customers open accounts digitally, without the requirement of visiting a bank branch. 

The customers will also be able to apply for loan anytime and would be able to manage investments without any physical interface, the release said. 

“The association with Adobe comes at a time when digital has become an all-important bridge between customers and businesses,” Parag Rao, Country Head – Payments, Consumer Finance, Digital Banking and Marketing at HDFC Bank said.  

“We are happy to state that the partnership will enable us to add the next level of personalisation of services and complement our efforts to create a customer centric bank backed by cutting edge technology,” he said
