HDFC AMC Q2 FY2022 Results: HDFC AMC has released the financial results for the quarter and half yearly ended on September 30, 2021. The income from the revenue from operations has been Rs 542.33 crore. The income from other sources have been Rs 66.07 crore, taking the total income for the second quarter of financial year 2021-22, ending in September 30, 2021 to Rs 608.40 crore.

The company's profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter ended on September 30, 2021 is Rs 344.38 crore. It has to be noted that the company's PAT for the June quarter that ended on June 30, 2021 was Rs 345.45 crore.

HDFC AMC recorded a total income of Rs 2201.74 crore for the year that ended on March 31, 2021. The PAT for the company for the year that ended on March 31, 2021 was Rs 1325.76 crore.

During the quarter ended September 30. 2021, the Company has allotted 97,30 I equity shares of Rs 5 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

The HDFC AMC, during the period ended September 30, 2021,  has paid a final dividend of Rs 34 per equity share (face value of Rs 5 each) for the year ended March 3 1, 2021 as approved by its shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on July 16, 2021.

The financial results have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard 34 - Interim Financial Reporting, notified under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015, as amended from time to time, and other accounting principles generally accepted in India.
