HCL Tech Interim Dividend: Noida-headquartered HCL Tech on Friday (January 12, 2024) reported its third-quarter results, announcing an interim dividend of 600 per cent, or Rs 12 per equity share of Rs.2/-each of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24.

HCL Q3 Interim Dividend: Record Date

The record date for HCL Tech's interim dividend is January 20, 2024 . "The payment date of the said interim dividend shall be January 31, 2024," HCL Tech said in a statement.

The stock of HCL Tech ended trading session on BSE on Friday up by 3.85 per cent, or Rs 57.25, at Rs 1543.00.
