Gensol Engineering reports order book of Rs 1783 crore - Details

Gensol Engineering, a leading player in the renewable energy sector, has informed exchanges that it has received a significant order book of Rs 1783 crore at the beginning of FY25.
According to the information available, the company has secured two major orders of Rs 1,448 crore and Rs 335 crore. These orders are from Solar EPC (India and the Middle East including Scorpius trackers) and Let's EV respectively.
"Gensol’s diverse order book showcases its involvement in multiple sectors, each contributing significantly to its overall portfolio,” the company said in a regulatory filing.
Earlier, Gensol Engineering recorded the highest-ever revenue of Rs 960 crores in FY24 with a growth of 141 per cent Year on Year (YoY). According to an exchange filing, the corresponding (revenue) figure for the previous year was at Rs 398 crore.
This represents a growth rate of 141 per cent compared to the previous financial year, it stated.
Established in 2012, Gensol Engineering Ltd is a part of the Gensol group of companies, which offer Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for the development of solar power plants.
Over the years, Gensol has installed ground-mounted and rooftop solar power plants with a combined capacity of over 600 MW. The company has also established an electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing facility in Pune.
