Future Group has restructured its corporate ladder to include a new marketing head and rejigged its leadership team in the retail and fashion conglomerate.

The top executive team will now include Devendra Chawla, who is the current president for its food and FMCG business, will be made the chief executive officer (CEO) of Future Consumer.

The company has also roped in Grey India's ex-CEO, Jishnu Sen, who will head of marketing for Future Retail and will report to Sadashiv Nayak, CEO, Big Bazaar, media reports said on Monday.

Future Group has also elevated PV Seshadri, COO of its logistics business to the post of Future Supply Chain's CEO.

The report also cited Kishore Biyani, group CEO, Future Group who said, "We started this process with vertical advisor in the form of Milind Sarwate. We are looking at a growth of nearly 100%. There are more appointments coming on the consumer business side."

While Sen has more than 25 years of work experience across sectors, Chawla, a Harvard graduate, has worked with Asian Paints and Coca-Cola and Seshadri has been associated with companies like Lloyds Steel Industries Ltd., Grasim Industries Ltd., Bombay Dyeing Ltd., Pantaloon Retail India Ltd. and Welspun Retail Ltd.
