Reliance Jio has never failed to surprise consumers with special offers. It's no different this festive season. Offers like never before are being rolled out to lure subscribers. Now, Jio has came up with the best offer of the year for the people who want to connect with Jio for a long term plan. The Mukesh Ambani led company has managed to create great distress among telcos like Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular and Vodafone India with its cheap recharge packs. RJio has boldly got on the nerves of these private telecom service providers, which is why, they are facing heavy losses in their earnings.

The plan named 'Jio Diwali 100% Cashback offer' promises effectively free recharge plans but with certain terms and conditions. Jio has also introduced a new yearly plan priced at Rs 1699 with unlimited 547 GB data and free voice call. Under the plan, you will be able to enjoy 1.5 GB data per day for a year and 100% cashback offer. The cashback will be credited in the form of Reliance Digital Coupons in the MyJio app of the subscriber. The coupons can be redeemed at Reliance Digital stores later (details below). 

Jio's new plan begins at Rs 1,699 which effectively gives you free 1.5 GB data per day for a year at a speed of 64 Kbps. The company also offers unlimited calls along with 100 SMS per day for a year. With this, RJio is giving a massive  547.5 GB data for a year. 

The offer is available between 18th October 2018 to 30th November 2018.

Under the Rs 1699 plan, you will get three Rs 500 coupons and one worth Rs 200. You can make the best use of this offer only when you are also planning to buy electronic gadgets, at least one or more, before 31st December 2018. Suppose you buy a gadget worth Rs 5000, you will manage to get a discount of Rs 500 by using one of the coupons. This means your data plan will effectively cost Rs 1199, which will translate to around a mere Rs 3.2 for 1.5 GB/day data for a year.

Comparison with other long term Jio plans
It offers 750 GB with the validity of 360 days at Rs 9999 while another long term plan gives 350 GB data with a validity of 360 days at Rs 4999, which is quite an expensive pack as compared to the new Diwali offer.
