The board of Cyient Ltd has approved a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for stakeholders. The ex-date for the dividend has been announced by the company as October 26, 2021, while the record date for the same is October 27, 2021.

This makes it a 23rd dividend offer by one of the leading global engineering, manufacturing, and digital technology solutions company since July 2011, as per the data with Stock Edge, an app to analyse BSE, NSE data . The company has announced dividend last in June 2021 of Rs 17 per share, the record date for which was June 7, 2021. The lead Technoloy company has offered dividend of Rs 9 per share last year in March too. 

Earlier, the board of directors of Cyient Ltd at its meeting held in mid-October has approved an interim dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share (i.e.200%) on par value of Rs. 5 per share for the financial year 2021-22.  

Meanwhile, ahead of dividend ex-date, the shares of Cyient Ltd ended negative on Monday.  Cyient Ltd shares closed Rs 40 below or 3.55 per cent down at Rs 1,081 per share on the BSE on first day of the week.

Earlier on Monday, the global engineering, manufacturing, and digital technology solutions company, in a BSE filing informed that it has been named a major contender in the Everest Group PEAK Matrix® for 5G Engineering Services. The report highlights Cyient's focused investments in partnerships and solutions that strengthen public and private 5G core and access networks.
