If a passenger has already applied for a refund, they can purchase new tickets. The customers can either contact the airline's ticketing offices or the customer care anytime for any additional information, the airline said. The passengers who booked tickers and have to travel to the city urgently will get the opportunity to fly today.

"In order to accommodate impacted customers, we are operating additional flights tomorrow, 6th May, 19, Flight UK737 Delhi-Kolkata at 1050 hrs and Flight UK738, Kolkata-Delhi at 1335 hours," the airline tweeted on Sunday night.
"Customers on earlier cancelled flights, if not yet applied for a refund, can come to the airport and will be accommodated on a space availability basis. If refund already applied, new tickets can be purchased. Customers may contact our Airport ticketing offices or call 24X7 customer service centre on +919289228888 for assistance," it said.

The additional flights were to clear the backlog, as many passengers could not fly due to cyclone last week.  Many flights to Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Ranchi, and Guwahati were affected due to Fani warnings. Bhubaneswar and Kolkata routes witnessed the maximum number of flight cancellations.
