Cube Highways Trust declares distribution of Rs 2 per ordinary unit for Q3
The Board of Directors of the Investment Manager has declared a Distribution Per Unit (DPU) of Rs 2.00 to ordinary unitholders for the third quarter (Q3) of FY 2023-24, amounting to a total distribution amount of Rs 258.06 crore.
Cube Highways Trust (Cube InvIT) managed by Cube Highways Fund Advisors Pvt Ltd announced its Q3 FY24 results for the October-December period on Monday. The total consolidated income for the period stood at Rs 2,271.41 crore, while the consolidated EBITDA for the period stood Rs 1,443.05 crore.

Pankaj Vasani, Group CFO of Cube InvIT, stated: “Our Q3 results showcase another quarter of consistent execution and operational excellence. The DPU comprises Rs 1.99 per ordinary unit as interest and Rs 0.01 per unit as treasury income. The record date for the distribution is February 13, 2024, and the distribution payment will be made on or before February 24, 2024."

As of 31 December 2023, the portfolio valuation also increased to a total Asset under Management of Rs 250.24 billion.
