Core Integra targets listing in 2026, says managing director Mahesh Krishnamoorthy

Core Integra, a labour law compliance and HR practices consulting firm, is targeting a listing in 2026, said Managing Director Mahesh Krishnamoorthy. The regulatory technology company is also actively looking at acquisitions of companies that can help it grow further. 

"And we are also actively looking at acquisitions. So, we are looking at two or three different companies synergized with our existing business. There are advanced-level talks happening with two entities and maybe one or two more acquisitions are likely to be finalised in the next 12 to 18 months. We may also consider listing our company. So, that is what the roadmap is. Somewhere in around 2026 is what we are aiming to get ourselves listed," Krishnamoorthy told Zee Business. 

The company currently has a strength of around 150 people and this number may go up to 300 over the next five years. "Since we are going to be more tech-focused in the next five years, we may add another 100 or 150 people, whereas our business may be at least about five to six times what it is today. So, our focus on engaging and hiring more people may be less because technology will take over a lot of activities that we do manually even today," he added.
