Coforge Q4 results: Net profit halves to Rs 114.8 crore; firm announces Rs 19/share dividend
Coforge reported a 49.7 per cent sequential fall in net profit for the quarter ended March 2023. The Noida-based company announced a dividend of Rs 19 per share.
Coforge on Thursday reported a net profit of Rs 114.8 crore for the quarter ended March 2023, nearly half of its net profit of Rs 228.2 crore for the previous three months. Revenue of the Noida-based IT firm came in at Rs 2,170 crore, a 5.6 per cent increase on a sequential basis, according to a regulatory filing.
The company's top-line as well as bottom-line fell short of analysts' estimates.
According to Zee Business research, Coforge's quarterly revenue was estimated at Rs 265 crore and revenue at Rs 2,165 crore.
Coforge dividend
Coforge's board declared a dividend of Rs 19 per share — a 190 per cent payout given the face value of Rs 10 per share. This was a fourth interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23.

The company's board fixed May 9 as the record date for the dividend.
