Pharma major Cipla's will announce its fourth-quarter results on Tuesday. Senior Research Analyst at Zee Business Kushal Gupta's brings his earnings estimates in this report.
Cipla's numbers are expected to be excellent, Gupta said. Good growth is expected in the operating profit at 32 percent which will likely be around Rs 1050 crore for the financial year.
Income is not expected to grow significantly as the domestic growth has not been great. Sales in US is expected to grow 17 percent because of new launches and gain in market share, Gupta said.
There is likely to be an increase in the profit margin at around 21 per cent as against 17.3 percent Year-on-Year (YoY). The profit of the company is also expected to increase by 40 per cent to Rs 578 crore.
Expert opinion
Expert Sandeep Wagle said that there has been a significant decline in this stock price. He opined that the support level was around 900 which is unlikely to break. However, the stock lacks momentum and it is not likely that the stock culd move to levels of 1000, the analyst said. He suggested a wait and watch policy in this stock.
