Brightcom Group bonus share: Brightcom Group Limited on Friday said that the company has received the Final Trading Approvals for the bonus issue from both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. This is an issue which Zee Business group has been raising.
"Further to the update given to the Shareholders through the Exchanges vide our notifications dated 28th April, 2022, 12th, 13th May, 2022 regarding the issuance & credit of Bonus Shares, this is to inform the Shareholders that today we have received the Final Trading Approvals for the said Bonus Issue from both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the same are traded on both the Exchanges effective Monday, May 30, 2022. This information is provided according to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015," the company said in its filing to the exchanges.

The company issued a statement on Friday.
On Thursday, the channel raised the issue regarding bonus shares not getting listed till now. The company had said that the work with depsitories was almost complete. Zee Business Managing Editor Anil SInghvi had questioned what the company meant when it said that the workd was almost complete.
"Further to the update given to the Shareholders through the Exchanges, vide our notification dated May 13, 2022, regarding the listing approval of Bonus Shares we received from the exchanges, we wish to update the Shareholders in this regard on the following facts. The Company completed most of the Corporate Actions with the Depositories in consultation with our RTA. There was a technical glitch concerning the fulfilment of the Stock Exchange's requirement for final trading approval, which caused the delay in the trading permissions needed on the Bonus Shares. The Company has been working diligently toward getting past this technical glitch. We expect a resolution on this matter in the next few working days. We will inform you as soon as we get past this and receive the trading permissions from the stock exchanges," the company had said in a separate filing to the exchange.
