2. Select base plan, enter mobile number and address to raise request for new broadband connection or contact customer care to apply for subscription to Airtel Broadband services.
As per the company, "Upon subscription to one of the select plans under the present Offer, and upon expiry of a period of 7 days following the date of activation of their new connection, a customer shall, subject to feasibility at the point of connection, be able to enjoy additional big byte GB , in addition to the base plan chosen by them, which may be enjoyed at the same speed as per chosen base plan."
Big Byte GB will be consumed only after base plan quota consumption by customer. Un-used Big Bytes data will be carried over each month till 31st March 2018 or the GBs getting over whichever is first.
For instance, if 500 GB Big Bytes is provisioned to customer with base plan quota of 60 GB, then after the 60 GBs of the plan are over, big byte GB consumption starts. Lets say customer consumes 30GBs of Big Byte GB. So next bill cycle, customer will be having 60GBs of plan quota and 470 GBs of Big Bytes, the company said.
