Bank of India picks Shanker Iyer as CFO from January 1

Bank of India (BOI) on Monday announced the appointment of Shanker Iyer as Chief Financial Officer of the bank from January 1.
“We advise you the pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Regulations, 2015 the Bank has appointed Shri Shanker Iyer, General Manager, as Chief Financial Officer of the Bank w.e.f. January 01, 2017,” the company said in a BSE filing.
Shares of the company dipped 0.89% to Rs 106.25 a share at 1101 hours on BSE Sensex after the announcement.
